APFL Partners advised Central Retail Corporation on the successful divestment of its stake in Nguyễn Kim, a leading electronics retail brand in Vietnam, to Pico Holdings JSC.
Nguyễn Kim, Vietnam’s pioneering electronics retailer, has been a cornerstone of the country’s consumer market for decades. This transaction marks a major step in Central Retail’s portfolio restructuring strategy, reallocating resources toward its core food retail and real estate segments, while enabling Pico to strengthen its position in Vietnam’s competitive consumer electronics landscape.
Our APFL Partners team, led by partner Antoine Logeay, and assisted by Of Counsel Tran Long and associate Nguyen Thuc Anh, acted as legal counsel to Central Retail throughout the transaction.
