He obtained his LL.B. from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in 2022 and completed the Lawyer Training Course at the Judicial Academy in 2024.
Before joining APFL Partners, Toan interned at the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City.
At the firm, he has notably assisted Senior Associates and Partners in advising foreign investors on commercial and corporate matters related to their projects in Vietnam. He also supports foreigners and overseas Vietnamese in matters involving inheritance, civil status, real estate, and taxation. In addition, Toan assists foreign NGOs in implementing their pro bono projects in Vietnam.
