Breakfast Talk | Vietnam: reaping the rewards of reforms
On 11 November 2025, during a breakfast talk held in Singapore, our partners Arnaud Bourrut-Lacouture, Etienne Laumonier, and Antoine Logeay — all three experts on Vietnam — from APFL Partners explored how recent reforms are strengthening the country’s business environment, boosting foreign investment and positioning Vietnam as a key player in Asia’s market.
The talk highlighted:
- The government’s ambition to develop International Financial Centers (IFCs) in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang, opening new opportunities for financial services and international investors.
- Vietnam’s dynamic economic transformation with major infrastructure and development projects (the high-speed North–South express railway set to begin construction in 2025).
- Vietnam’s focus on regulatory modernization and its pivotal role in Asia’s supply chains.
