APFL Partners joins EuroCham Dialogue with the Ministry of Justice to advance Arbitration reform in Vietnam

Antoine Logeay, Partner at APFL Partners, proudly contributed to the ongoing dialogue between the European business community and Vietnamese authorities on strengthening Vietnam’s arbitration framework.

For several years, APFL Partners has had the privilege of drafting the EuroCham Vietnam Whitebook chapter on arbitral recourse and the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in Vietnam. The objective remains clear: advocating for a more efficient, predictable, and internationally aligned legal framework that supports investor confidence and reinforces Vietnam’s position as a leading destination for cross-border business and investment.

We were honored to participate in discussions with the Ministry of Justice, with Antoine Logeay representing EuroCham’s Legal Sector Committee, to exchange practical recommendations and legal perspectives on these important reforms.

The EuroCham Whitebook 2026 emphasizes the importance of regulatory clarity, consistency, and effective implementation to support Vietnam’s next phase of economic growth and international integration. Constructive public-private dialogue such as these exchanges plays a key role in helping translate policy ambition into practical improvements for businesses operating in Vietnam.

A sincere thank you to EuroCham Vietnam, the Ministry of Justice, and all contributors from the Legal Sector Committee for fostering this collaborative platform.
