APFL Partners joins Eurocham webinar

On September 10, 2025, EuroCham Vietnam, in collaboration with its Legal Sector Committee, successfully hosted a webinar on “Vietnam in Transition: Where do we stand?”
The session, moderated by EuroCham Vice-Chair Mr. Minh Nguyen, featured keynote speakers:

• Mr. Bui Duy Ninh – Expert at Division of Enterprise and Cooperative Economy, MOF
• Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong – Director of Institute of Legal Strategy and Science
The webinar provided an engaging platform for participants to receive timely updates on Vietnam’s evolving macroeconomic context, recent legislation aimed at improving the business climate, and policies designed to foster private sector development and attract foreign investment.
Throughout the presentations, speakers shared valuable insights on how these developments may shape the country’s economic trajectory and impact business operations, offering participants a clearer perspective on both current opportunities and potential challenges in today’s dynamic environment.
The event concluded with an interactive Q&A session, where attendees had the chance to exchange ideas directly with the speakers and deepen their understanding of the topics discussed.
