Christophe is a senior associate based in Hanoi. An attorney-at-law and member of the Paris bar, he has 11 years of professional experience during which he has developed special skills in commercial and employment law.
A senior associate. Christophe specialises in providing practical advice on the legal aspects of commercial agreements and operational matters to Vietnamese and international clients across a wide range of industry sectors.
Before joining APFL & Partners, he worked for more than 10 years in major British and French law firms in France, notably Hogan Lovells LLP, where he developed special skills in international transactions and commercial law.
In Vietnam, he handles all aspects of international contractual work, from drafting to negotiation, supporting clients’ day-to-day operations and strategic business activities.
In addition, Christophe also has a substantial experience in advising multinationals companies on international mobility for intra-company transfers, managing labour law aspects, social security and immigration matters.
He assists clients in securing their human resource operations through all aspects of Vietnamese labour law and to manage people-related legal aspects of various business transformations.
Christophe also advises companies with many facets of their corporate life from establishment through to various aspects of evolution.
